WE ARE SO EXCITED TO WELCOME EVERYONE TO ASHEVILLE AND TO KICK OFF OUR WEDDING WEEKEND SURROUNDED BY OUR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS!

If you are staying on-site at either of the hotels, there will be shuttles to pick you up by 4:45PM.

If you are staying off-site, you will need to arrive to the parking lot of the Biltmore Winery by 4:45PM to board the shuttles to our Welcome Party. Please be sure to arrive on time as there is no ability for vehicles, outside of our designated shuttles, to access the part of the property where our Welcome Party is held.

Shuttles will bring all guests back to the 2 on-site hotels as well as back to the Biltmore Winery parking lot starting at 8PM for guests who want an earlier evening. The last shuttles will return to these destinations at 10PM at the end of our Welcome Party.
