WE ARE SO EXCITED TO WELCOME EVERYONE TO ASHEVILLE AND TO KICK OFF OUR WEDDING WEEKEND SURROUNDED BY OUR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS!

If you are staying on-site at either of the hotels, there will be shuttles to pick you up by 5PM. They will be departing promptly at 5:15PM so please be on time and ready to board for 5PM. If, by chance you miss the first shuttle, there will be a secondary shuttle that will come back around 5:50PM however we are encouraging everyone to board the first shuttle to ensure that you arrive to the party on time. The secondary shuttle is mainly an effort to ensure that no one is left behind, or for guests who arrive later on Friday. The shuttles will be clearly marked as “Kleinert/Crampton”. Shuttles will bring all guests back to the hotel starting at 8:00PM for guests who want an earlier evening. The last shuttles will return to to the hotel at the end of our welcome party around 10:00PM.
If you are staying off-site, you will need to arrive to the parking lot of the Biltmore Winery and head to the Antler Village shuttle pickup location by 5:00PM to board the shuttles to our Welcome Party. Please be sure to arrive on time as there is no ability for vehicles, outside of our designated shuttles, to access the part of the property where our Welcome Party is held. The shuttles will be on rotation throughout the evening so if you miss the 5PM shuttle, hang tight, and the shuttle will be making its way back to you as soon as possible.
If you arrive into Asheville after 5PM and still want to try and make it to the welcome party for a portion of the evening, please text 310.283.5787 once you are at the hotel or Biltmore Winery parking lot and we will send a shuttle to come get you. It will likely take around 20-25 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, so please text as soon as you are ready so that we can work on getting a shuttle out to you.
Shuttles will bring all guests back to the 2 on-site hotels as well as back to the Biltmore Winery parking lot starting at 8PM for guests who want an earlier evening. The last shuttles will return to these destinations at 10PM at the end of our Welcome Party.
