GETTING TO ASHEVILLE

Asheville has a regional airport for guests who are interested in flying directly into Asheville (AVL). Alternatively, the Charlotte Airport (CLT) is a much larger airport and is a short 2.5 hour drive to Asheville.

SHOULD I RENT A CAR?

If you are traveling from out of town, renting a vehicle is completely up to you. For guests who are interested in staying on The Biltmore Property (see below), we will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the wedding from these 2 hotels. This being said, if you are interested in shopping, coffee shops and dining out while in Asheville for the weekend, renting a car may make more sense as the hotels are relatively remote on the expansive Biltmore property.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

Biltmore invites our guests to stay overnight and experience Vanderbilt hospitality. They have offered reductions at both estate lodging properties, The Inn on Biltmore Estate and Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate. Both of these properties operate on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend reserving your rooms as soon as possible to ensure the best possible rates. Click the link below to learn more about the two properties on site.

Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate is a more casual, self-service lodging option on the estate. Nestled in Antler Hill Village just steps away from the Winery, shopping, and dining.
