OUR WEDDING DAY

If you are staying on-site at either of the on-site hotels, there will be shuttles arriving to pick you up at 5:45PM to depart promptly at 6:00PM. Please be on time and ready to board as there will NOT be a secondary shuttle so we encourage everyone to be ready to board. by 5:45PM to ensure you are not left behind.

Shuttles will bring all guests back to the hotel starting at 11:00PM for guests who want an earlier evening. The last shuttles will return to to the hotel at the end of our wedding reception around 1:00AM

If you are staying off-site, you will need to arrive to the parking lot by 6:20PM to board the shuttles to our wedding ceremony which will depart at 6:30PM. Please be sure to arrive on time and factor in the 20 minute long driveway at Biltmore. From Parking Lot A or B it is about an 8 minute walk to “Biltmore House & Gardens” should you not wish to ride the shuttle from the parking lot areas.

Shuttles back to the parking lots will be available all evening. Shuttles back to the two on-site hotels will start at 11:00PM for guests who want an earlier evening. The last shuttles will return to these destinations at 1AM at the end of our wedding reception.
